"The Coil Pump" by G.H. Mortimer and R. Annable
Abstract
On these pages I have scanned an article from Volume 22, No. 1 (1984) of
the Journal of Hydraulic Research by G.H. Mortimer and R. Annable.
The abstract is as follows:
An old idea for a simple pump has been developed and from laboratory
investigations a theory has been produced which satisfactorily predicts
the pump's behavior. A low cost stream powered version of the pump
was built and successfully tested in a local stream.
